These Overnight Oats Taste Like a Slice of Strawberry Cheesecake


– 1/2 cup rolled oats – 1/2 cup Greek yogurt – 1/2 cup milk of your choice – 1 tablespoon chia seeds – 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract


1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup 1/4 cup diced strawberries 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened 1 tablespoon crushed graham crackers


In a jar or container, combine rolled oats, Greek yogurt, milk, chia seeds, vanilla extract, and honey/maple syrup. 

Step 1

Layer with Strawberries: Add a layer of diced strawberries on top of the oat mixture.

Step 2

Cream Cheese Layer: In a separate bowl, mix softened cream cheese until smooth. Spoon it over the strawberries in the jar.

Step 3

Top with Graham Crackers: Sprinkle crushed graham crackers over the cream cheese layer.

Step 4

Refrigerate Overnight: Cover the jar or container and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours, to allow the flavors to meld and the oats to soften.
